Construction of a new architectural, solid masonry home on gentle sloping site. Site access was restricted with access through a multiple dwelling right of way. A passenger lift was installed for ease of access to the first floor.

Foundations
Concrete foundations and block retaining walls were constructed to form structure and exterior walls.
Structural Changes
Structure was added to allow for the new lift shaft.
Bathrooms
New bathrooms and ensuite built with custom tiled shower areas.
Kitchen
Designer kitchen with an outlook onto the stunning sea views.
