Wanganella Street - Home Renovation
THE CHALLENGE
PROJECT DETAILS
This award winning project involved a substantial architectural makeover of an old home. The house was propped to allow excavation for the basement which added extra bedrooms, bathrooms and lounge. Limited access due to sloping section and proximity of homes made this build very challenging. Major alterations to the existing building were made and new joinery with large glass panels added to maximise the stunning views.

Client Says
“Ray proved to be particularly strong in communicating with us on an almost daily basis and also responded quickly to any concerns or requests we made either by email, text or with a phone call. He also showed his creative building skills in suggesting and adding several other features to the existing plan and for this we are highly grateful”
