Project Details
The original 90m2 dwelling was transformed into a large 5 bedroom home while the clients family of 6 lived onsite. Architectural detailing and original features of the home were brought together to create this spacious living environment. All this was carried out while building around the family, maintaining their living requirements and keeping everyone safe.

Foundations & Blockwork
New foundations were constructed and a combination of timber and block retaining walls were used to construct basement levels.
Structural Changes
Significant internal structural changes opened up living areas and the kitchen. The outdoor living areas were created bringing an abundance of natural light in with private and sheltered spaces.
Kitchen Renovation
A designer kitchen is a centrepiece of this home with a stunning outlook out to the sea
Bathroom Renovation
Complete renovation of the two bathrooms required design input and coordination of a range of trades. Modern tiling was used with existing timber floors.
Custom tiled showers
We provided high-quality waterproofing and tiling services in both bathrooms with custom-tiled shower systems.
Painting & Decoration
Our interior and exterior painting provided an excellent finishing touch to this comprehensive renovation. Timber floors were sanded and sealed to revive the timber look.
