OUR SERVICE & SOLUTION
Foundations
Deep driven timber piles were used to reach good ground conditions. Concrete slab on grade and suspended concrete slab formed floors. Concrete block retaining walls were constructed.
Structural Elements
Large open areas required structural beams including a steel portal beam. The suspended concrete floor was a major element of this project.
Custom Bathrooms
The bathroom and ensuite were both fully tiled with design features including a custom shower tray with glass screens.
Deck Areas
We built both standard timber decks and decks over membrane areas to help extend the open plan living areas.
Exterior Claddings
Cedar cladding with varying profiles was used and combined with black joinery for great visual impact.
